As a Deputy PM, I managed all project control and governance activities, including change management, capital cost estimating and budget control, schedule management, and project reporting/document control. I assisted the Project Director in managing the project activities including design, fabrication/construction, commissioning, project changes, and contingency management. I also performed all integration activities associated with project management systems between the owner, EPCM, and third parties.
