My role at Acelux has developed over the years. I started in 2008 as maintenance manager on the companies many luxury houses and Office blocks. Daily task varied from small jobs such as changing light bulbs to full refurbishment projects from our building side. After a 6 months in this role I was promoted to site supervisor, during this time my experience has improved key skills in this role such as communication between contractors and clients. As a site supervisor in control of a team of 20 varied trades I was responsible for running large projects from detailed plans and site meetings, ordering supplies to detailed specifications. I am a flexible team player within the company working in conjunction with our maintenance team and site managers, to ensure a safe production on all projects at all times.

I successfully attained a 4 year Electrical Apprenticeship doing various job including small works, full rewires, various jobs on farms and in factory's working on pumps, motors, lighting controls and all types of power supplies. I successfully passed my apprenticeship and was working a further 2 years alone in client's houses and industrial areas.
