• Design and build computer systems, ensuring client satisfaction and needs are met • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues• Create networks, including running and terminating CAT6 cables , configuring secure WiFi, and opening required ports for applications• Offer technical support by phone, email, or remote access

Reports to Shop Manager, responsible for complete installs on various types of vehicles including first responder, public transportation, and heavy equipment vehicles. Also support other divisions for radio system installs and maintenance.• Install emergency equipment, including camera systems, siren controllers, radio systems, partitions, radar units etc. • Fabricate custom mounts for various types of equipment • Program radios and complete installs in vehicles, including tuning antennas, fabricating cables and ensuring system performs at peak performance. • Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with emergency equipment and radio / antenna systems. • Assist with installing antennas on radio towers. Some radio tower climbing experience.
