• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with camera system and networks.

• Design and build computer systems, ensuring client satisfaction and needs are met
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues
• Create networks, including running and terminating CAT6 cables, configuring secure WiFi, and opening required ports for applications
• Offer technical support by phone, email, or remote access

• Reports to Shop Manager, responsible for complete installs on various types of vehicles including first responder, public transportation, and heavy equipment vehicles. Also support other divisions for radio system.
• Install emergency equipment, including camera systems, siren controllers, radio systems, partitions, radar units etc.
• Fabricate custom mounts for various types of equipment
• Program radios and complete installs in vehicles, including tuning antennas, fabricating cables and ensuring system performs at peak performance.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with emergency equipment and radio / antenna systems.
• Assist with installing antennas on radio towers. Some radio tower climbing experience.

• Report to the Maintenance Superintendent, responsible for safety and security of UVic properties. My duties also include:
• Help guests and employees with IT, security, or safety issues
• Greet and assist all guests and employees throughout the Vancouver Island Technology Park
• Manage Conference Room and Boardroom, including booking requests, IT issues, preparing invoicing, and securing clients
• Manage access card system, ensuring database is current
• Scheduling the Welcome Desk team for 24/7 coverage

Bay Roberts, Newfoundland

• Report to the store manager. Responsible for sales, service, and merchandising of the store. My other duties also include:
• Provide technical support to customers setting up new devices, including computers, networks, printers, cell phones, ETC.
• Installation of Shaw and Bell Satellite, including running and terminating RG6 cables, mounting satellite dish, and configuring receiver.
