• Formulate and implement asset management strategy for approximately 100 properties (nearly 10 million square feet) allowing the team to be more efficient with both time and capital. • Review all leases and capital improvement programs with authority to approve up to a specific threshold. • Oversee property tax appeals process that resulted in tax savings of $2 million in 2013.• Evaluate macro and micro economic trends necessary to create hold or sell recommendations for each asset within portfolio. Successfully sold two assets that had negative equity requiring discounted payoffs from the lenders, two assets that were ready to be marketed, and an empty office building to an owner/user.• Provide direction for the acquisition/disposition/operations of the assets.
