As part of the world's largest online travel company, I run projects and facilitate scrum for Priceline's B2B travel affiliate program which allows our partners to make big deal moments for their customers.

As part of the Business Systems and Project Management Office team I provide technical support for business systems. This involves day-to-day support on software system issues, troubleshooting and resolving issues including escalating to third party internal or external teams for advice/guidance when required. I also participate in business transformation projects by documenting business requirements, evaluating solutions, configuring/testing systems and supporting business system releases/implementations.Additionally, I assist with improvements to our software and ITIL frameworks, and provide data analysis and reporting to management for system and vendor management performance.

Reporting to the Manager of Operations, I lead process improvement change initiatives and facilitate improvement events (Business Process Reengineering, Kaizen) and managing projects that are employee-driven.I provide business analysis to business transformation projects, participate in our in-house agile software development cycle using both DevOps and JIRA platforms, and develop and present business cases to stakeholders including executive.In 2018, I designed a framework and style guide to review and rewrite hundreds of documents according to industry standard data usability principles and managed it as a multi-year project.

I oversee and deliver general administrative and bookkeeping services such as payroll, accounts receivable, budgeting, cashflow management, customer service, and human resources. I also provide internal administration, and systems management support to the numerous divisional managers and supervisors of MGR. I am currently spearheading a company-wide Lean Management implementation.

Hired initially to coordinate the membership and fleet logistics of the carshare after its initial equity drive, by the end of my tenure, I grew the fleet from 2 vehicles to 25 and our membership to over 700. I collborated with a supportive board of directors to create a culture of transparency and professional rigour. Additionally, I: grew the annual budget of $90,000 to over $1m; developed 10-year financial models with geographical and member behaviour data for budgeting; generated financial statements from the model for investment prospectus; worked with third-party software providers to meet geographic and cultural demands; facilitated workshops internationally on startup of small and mid-sized market carshare; managed partnerships with real estate developers and the City of Winnipeg’s planning department; and facilitated the sale and business planning for private equity sales totalling more than $500,000.

In an inbound contact centre environment I provided policy, procedural, informational, software application, and accounting support for Autopac Brokers and internal staff at Manitoba Public Insurance.
