• Oversee the end-to-end software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment• Evaluate and select appropriate technologies, frameworks, and tools for development projects• Set clear goals, objectives, and performance expectations for team members

• Strategic planning, coordination, and subsequent implementation of development projects (e.g. development of a hybrid app into a multi-tenant cloud platform, migration of front and backend systems to maintain the scalability of the company)• Technical management and leadership of a 6-person development team• Quality control and code review, ensuring coding standards• Conducting interviews to find the most suitable candidates• Active adjustments to the constantly changing environment in the startup, as well as appropriate communication to the team, such as: situational changes from Scrum to Kanban, aligning the team on changing short-term goals

• Promoting innovation: Independent planning and implementation of prototypes to evaluate innovative business ideas such as ETA notifications and CO2 compensation• Close collaboration with the Head of Product to understand and implement the customer requirements• Supporting customers during the early alpha phase to plan further improvements
