Responsible for taking all queries in regard to print related services, this included answering emails, telephone calls, and walk-in customers. As well as taking care of customers, my duties were also focused on the production side, making sure that every job that came in was printed correctly, on the correct stock, and finished with accuracy and precision.

Ensuring that all customers, both corporate and walk-in, receive quality service with getting their printing needs met efficiently and on time. Having to multitask to run many different machines at one time. Sending files into production, and meeting customer requirements while finishing. Making sure that every order is received by the client with all requirements met and completed above satisfactory level. Engaging with customer queries, via email or phone, providing information regarding their order requirements and prices to suit the customer’s needs.
