- I convinced the owner to purchase an 8.5 digit multimeter as a primary standard for the lab. This allowed the company to retire a resistance bridge and increased the speed of calibrating laboratory standards.
- I modified the workbook of an Excel uncertainty calculator to make it a calibration sheet that technicians now use to show if a value is in or out of tolerance condition and to compute the uncertainty of each reading.
- I implemented an ISO 17025 quality management system and completed 5 consecutive years of annual audits with no failures or suspensions of accreditation.
