Helping people solve a simple or complex problem is what I have been dedicating my past year and a half to. Anticipation is growing more and more as the days tick away, every day is a step closer to achieving a goal I have had in place for some time. With less than six months of excellent training, learning, and hands on experience at ITT Technical Institute, I can’t wait to put my gained skills to work. Currently I have a position working directly with the public, providing helpful and insightful customer service to which it relates to. When a situation arises either relating to network security, computer hardware or software, I will make use of all my know resources to accomplish my given assignment. The best part would have to be the gratification and appreciation I have received from customers after fixing there non-functional computer that was abandoned and dropped for many years. Not only computer related solutions I have be a part of but also mechanical and design.I do believe I have been given a gift of resourcefulness and dedication, when I take on a challenge I feel a great deal of obligation to myself and of course the customer or friend or employer to provide the desired outcome they require. A help desk position would be an ideal choice for the simple fact of providing a helpful solution to a problem that may arise, problems of all magnitudes do happen.
