At the start of my working career, I worked at HJ's in Armadale. While working at HJ's, I was involved in the Traineeship EOI program to become a manager. After working at HJ's for four years, I moved on to work at my current employment Character Group. In my 14 years of working at Character Group, I have learned many parts of the company.I started within the company on-site learning to install cabinets. As time went by, I was moved to cutting out jobs, building the cabinet, all the way to draft and design. After two years of being in the drafting department, I got the privilege of being the team leader of the area. While in the position, I learned how to manage people using the pros to get the most out of them, how to make user constructed standards for cabinet vision, the drawing software we use and use excel in making functioning checklists and performance tools. Right now, I'm learning how to modify a web-based program using PHP.
