Represent Cushing’s admissions office at domestic and international events and manage candidate applications from initial inquiry to enrollment. Coordinate and execute both on-campus and Zoom interviews of prospective families.Collaborate with the Director of Inclusion and Community Life to identify school fairs, school visits, and conferences (virtual and in-person) across the US that align with Cushing Academy's multicultural recruitment strategy. Proactively contribute to the ongoing development of relationships with over 10 community-based organizations and serve as a liaison to external partnerships in coordination with the Associate Head of School and the Director of Inclusion and Community Life. Utilizes extensive knowledge of school programs to recruit new students based on their academic, athletic, and artistic needs and interests.Athletics Liaison – Cultivate relationships with male and female coaches to assist in recruiting efforts and maintain a line of communication for recruiting and the admissions office.Director of Tour Guides - Coordinate tour guides for nearly 500+ on-campus tours for prospective families by creating a unique experience. Trained and supervised tour guides while providing ongoing feedback and support to enhance the tour experience.
