I provide strategic human resources consultation and support to 200+ employees within the Central US division in a non-union environment. I partner with leadership on headcount and staff planning, and I am the lead HR Generalist in staffing activities for positions at multiple sites. I support leadership in implementation and achievement of organizational goals. My responsibilities include administering employee benefits and monitoring risk management programs, and I partner with corporate HR team to establish and execute policies and procedures. I also perform recruiting activities including sourcing, screening, interviews, processing background checks, extend offers, and facilitate new hire orientation. I work with local leadership to identify training needs for staff.• Comprehensively communicate annual benefit changes for all field employees.• Accurately track applications in Taleo and manage personnel records in PeopleSoft.• Seamlessly prioritize staffing for all Midwest and East Coast-based construction projects.
