16+ year’s experience in the wholesale produce business in various roles, levels and locations. Latest journey of my career has brought me through the production world from hand repacking to full processing of fruits and vegetables. Hands on approach leading by example in all aspects of leadership and management. I believe demonstrating my willingness to get my hands dirty while simultaneously directing, managing and providing support and ideas to my employees is an effective route to accomplishing top tier results.
