• Matrix leadership role across the regions, partnering with the Global Service Line Leader/GM and leveraging the process capability of the Resource Operations COE• Drive process standardization and process governance across the regions around allocation and prioritization of both TFA and Craft resources • Drive consistent tool adoption for core operating systems providing framework for optimized resource allocation • Drive process standardization across global tooling footprint, including kitting processes, rate structure, and key metrics • Strategic partner to Regional GMs around FieldCore Blueprint process, including resource gaps and opportunities

Led the integration/synergy efforts and initiatives for GE PGS, Alstom Thermal Services and GE Aero Services to create the GE Power Services business. While also helping to stand up the FieldCore business and coordinate the HQ facilities in Atlanta.

In efforts of simplification proposed a new structure which eliminated this role and streamlined the parts process when it came to the acquisition and project management of New Unit Spare parts.Responsible for leading cross functional responsibilities for the Parts Engineering team including NUS (New Unit Spares) project management, system support, quality support, and reporting and metrics.NUS team manages Inquiry to Order & Order to Remittance for all new GE Gas, Steam, & Generator spare parts. Providing recommended new unit spare parts fully engineered quotes, new unit spare part proposal generation, and partnering with Sales & Commercial team to fulfill part delivery to end customer. Also provides forecasting to help ensure that the build plan is up to date with the new unit plan so that they can ensure they have the adequate capacity.

Ensure the OnSite Service's financials are in order by making the appropriate journal entries to the proper accounts. Partnership with the operations team and provide financial reports weekly, monthly, & quarterly. Maintain the structured weekly meetings to ensure all projects are maintaned appropriately with the right costs being applied to them. Ensure projects are setup appropraitely in the Charlie Oracle system. Carry out various other activities as needed and support the business where it is appropriate.

Managed 180+ onsite international & domestic projects per year ensuring the proper team, equipment, and paperwork was put together appropriately to carry out the specific workscope requested by the site team. Managed 13 direct traveling Specialists & Supervisors. Conducted all Minneapolis Service Center billing workups, ensured EHS and Quality were the top priorities for onsite projects.

Global Gas Turbine casing alignment support. Traveled to various power plants conducting laser alignment workscope, when required did the drilling on the gas turbine casings to re-dowel them after the casings were aligned. In charge of numerous Blade Health Monitoring and On-Line Water Wash modifications at site. Supervised onsite techs when necessary.

Worked with Engineers and Union to repair turbine blades that were damaged or on a scheduled outage from various customers. Generated numerous final reports, financial documents, and spreadsheets for day-to-day usage and for reconciliation purposes.
