At my current position I oversee field erection of multiple cooling towers and cooling tower repair projects ensuring that each job is completed safely, efficiently, on time, and to ICT quality standards. I ensure that the construction aspect of cooling towers is completed under experienced leadership and direction. I do travel within the US in order to effectively hire and supervise the craft workers who complete cooling tower construction. This role requires strong leadership skills, ensures that job sites are as safe as possible, work well with clients and fellow associates, and stays on time and on budget. I work closely with ICT engineering, project management, purchasing and construction groups to meet or exceed customer expectations. At the end of the day, I strive to achieve Goal Zero on all projects!
