The Assembly Controls Specifications and Traceability team is tasked with assisting the assembly teams and vendors in adhering to assembly controls specifications, ICT functionality requirements (FIS, ANDON), and quality traceability requirements (marking, part marriage, MPTS) throughout the Kokomo campus in our assembly discipline. Some of these systems includes PLC's (Siemens and Rockwell Automation), vision systems (Cognex and Keyence), laser systems (Telasis and Keyence), RFID systems (Siemens, Balluff, and Turck) and many others.The TMEC facilities robotics group is tasked with purchasing, supporting, installing, and retrofitting robotic systems throughout the Kokomo campus in each of our disciplines (Assembly, Prismatic and Rotating). FCA plants in and around Kokomo include IPT1, IPT2, KPT, KCP, and TTP. Total robot count for Kokomo is now over 1,000 robots which includes an array of brands including Fanuc, ABB, Kuka, Denso, Nachi, Fuji and Yaskawa (Motoman). Processes preformed by these systems typically include machine tending, material handling, dispensing, debur, high pressure (water) debur, and test.The TMEC Facilities Team for the Tipton Transmission Plant (TTP) is responsible for the buildings and grounds at FCA TTP including; landscaping, snow removal, compressed air, power distribution, HVAC, ATF distribution and chilled water systems.

As treasurer for Troop 777, I maintained all financial accounts and records and reported monthly to the committee all account balances including a report of past due items. Yearly a budget was prepared forecasting the upcoming year and submitted to the committee for approval.

I lead our committee in creating policy and procedures that laid the foundation to create a sustainable and growing troop that continues on today. During my tenure, Troop 777 grew from 3 scouts in one patrol to approximately 16 scouts in two patrols. The troop also paid off all start up loans to the church to become fiscally stable.
