Responsibilities include: Managing 14 Corporate locations and over 250 Company team members as well as over 260 privately owned U-Haul Dealership locations and create profitable increase year over year into the multi million dollar levels. Maintain and assist in controlling cost on rental fleet in excess of 26,000 trucks. Find, evaluate and procure real estate investments for continued growth year over year. Perform a variety of other duties including but not limited to promoting U-Haul programs, compliance of all U-Haul standards and procedures.
