Ultimately introducing new capabilities for the Press to offer cutting-edge, competitive and cost-effective digital products to their market.This role was an ever evolving position ranging from the leadership and nurture of initial project concepts, presenting formal scope & strategy to project Key stake holders, implementation of methodology & systems and management of the day-to-day operations of digital development department. Within initial three months reduced operating costs of producing electronic materials by more than 50%.
