Starting out in the army, where I developed a strong foundation that continues to guide my professional path. At WesTrac, I moved from hands-on roles to a Technical Trainer, guiding over 400 apprentices sharing my experience and knowledge shaping the future generation. Now, as a Training Superintendent, I oversee apprenticeship programs across multiple trades, innovate trade up grades, manage international visa sponsorships, coordinate workplace experiences, and lead recruitment efforts nationwide.
