Jord International design, manufacture, commission and service bespoke process plant and systems to the various process industries, including alumina, oil & gas, petrochemical, power generation, minerals processing, coal, sugar and pharmaceutical. NEPEAN Gas designs, manufactures, constructs, commission and services mine methane drainage equipment. My role within Nepean Gas as project manager was to project manage and coordinate mine construction plant projects through all project life cycles from initial tender to turn key delivery providing unique methane gas drainage solutions to meet individual mine requirements.Key Achievements/ProjectsProject Manage design, supply, fabrication, installation and commissioning of some of the below projects.Methane gas drainage system plant at BHP coal Illawarra.Methane gas drainage plant and flaring system at Xstrata coal Ravensworth Underground Mine.Borehole gas equipment overhauls for Xstrata Beltana Mining to meet current standards and legislation.Establish company project methodology in line with PMBok project life cycles i.e initiation, planning, execution, control/monitor and closure and implement through running steering committees.
