I lead the strategic and commercial governance of Fitness First Brixton, executing business strategy to grow club membership, revenue, and overall profitability of the business, as well as, developing a collaborative approach with local First clubs to source personal trainers and studio instructors, having a positive impact on P&L. From this initiative, PT revenue has grown by 20% and studio revenue by 10%. I have implemented a positive, proactive approach to employee management, with on-gong training, development and coaching of all team members to enable them to reach and exceed their potential therefore achieving individual and club targets. This includes utilising learning management systems, internal certification and training programmes I have also become a brand ambassador, selected to represent Fitness First in all marketing campaigns, including website, FFX app, external billboards and in all 44 clubs.

In this role I lead sales team to deliver sales targets in line business strategy to ensure member growth is maximised. My team exceeded the regional record for sales units in January 2019, which was surplus 300 sales and I had greater focus on fitness industry trends, analysing opportunities for product growth and promotion.

I was part of a small team involved in creatively planning and delivering in reach and outreach events and meeting with corporate clients. Through this role I was able to deliver excellent personable customer service to all members and visitors to the club and, as well, positively influence brand perception. I had a key focus on lead generation, but as well, time management and organisation in order to hit core personal KPIs.

I worked in a customer focused role, working closely with management and support team members across the business, to plan and deliver first class shopping experience. In this role I gained so many skills to take forward with me; Strong exposure to customer service management, including customer complaints, internal stakeholder management and successfully achieving and exceeding weekly sales targets, driving store sales.
