•Responsible for operating the hotel front desk system for PBX, reservations and check in/check out in accordance with company standards for quality, cleanliness, guess satisfaction and safety.•Organizing and verifying receipts; identifying, researching, and correcting discrepancies; posting accounts; running and distributing daily reports

•Greets all guests with enthusiasm and friendliness. Provides the highest level of service in accordance with company standards. Identify food orders when ready and delivers items to tables in a timely manner. •Set the pace and flow for pickups in the kitchen. Ensure that food only leave once all orders are assured. Quality control inspection. Building relationships to ensure smooth timing with hot and cold lines.•Responsible for assisting in serving, setting- up, and clean-up of all banquet functions.
