Building Services Manager
Current- Managing the soft services (Non-Critical infrastructure) of two Data Centres campusesResponsibilities
- Be customer-facing to ensure that customer security requirements are understood and delivered with a high degree of customer service.
- Management of physical security incidents at the property.
- Facilitate emergency response procedures, resource coordination, root cause analysis and post-event remediation.
- Handle all soft services at the facility, such as cleaning, waste, landscaping, pest control, hydraulics, handyman repairs, and any other front-of-house facilities; lifts, gates, roller shutters etc
- Establish and maintain agreements for services listed above, including setting critical metrics
