I am a part of a well organised team in which my role is to help ensure other members of the team keep up to the needed standards of understanding working in their areas, whilst also ensuring any new members to the team are taught how to work on their stations well and what is required of them.I also help the managers run the store to the best of their abilities by helping run certain areas of the team and making sure any task I am told need doing are done by the correct people
