I have actively supported for 14+ years both internal as well as external clients of my company in over the phone troubleshooting and diagnosis on numerous types of outdoor equipment. I am trained in both gasoline, diesel and pto driven electrical generators, both electric and gasoline driven pressure washing equipment including both cold and diesel heated types. Gasoline and electric powered hydraulic log splitters as well as other hydraulic lifting equipment. Gasoline and DC 12 volt agricultural sprayers. I have also participated in multiple on site and online training programs produced by our manufacturing division to keep updated on product changes and support functions. I have previously worked in an IT services position for almost 8 years as a desktop and server support engineer troubleshooting both remotely and deskside over 1500 clients spread over multiple facilities during my time working for USWest/Qwest communications. These tasks included maintaining an accurate and up to date inventory of company computer equipment. Desktop support of various system platforms including Apple OS as well as MS Windows based systems. I specialized in providing hands on care of company owned laser printer and copy machines. I acted on-call as well for call outs to take care off off hour client issues.
