Aaron manages the Architecture and Project Management team at Architecture & Access. He leads a dedicated and committed team of architects, designers and project managers to create safe and accessible homes, workplaces and community facilities for people with disability. The team specialises in SDA architecture, social and affordable housing, manufactured housing solutions, access upgrades and complex home modifications. Aaron has experience as a building, landscape and interior designer and experienced project manager with 20+ years in private practice and senior design, project management and leadership roles in the construction industry. Aaron represents Architect & Access on the PowerHousing Disability Housing Community of Practice. Expertise: NDIS Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA): Leads the team with expert knowledge of SDA Design Standards, feasibility studies, stakeholder engagement, and business development with a specialisation in Robust homes.Complex Home Modifications: Leads the team to deliver the Home Modification Program for Transport Accident Commission (TAC), WorkSafe(Vic), NDIS participants and private clients ageing in place. Expertise developing models of service delivery, cost estimation. project plans and reporting, building regulation compliance, stakeholder engagement and management of clients with complex needs. Access Upgrades: provides specialist advice and architectural solutions to assist local councils, government agencies and community organisations to ensure access to buildings. Transport: Sydney Light Rail, Inner West Line - project lead for Access Upgrades for the and for the roll out of the New Shelters, Wayfinding and Signage package across the existing fourteen stops.
