Video Review and ApprovalDesigned, managed development and deployed an innovative web based video review and approval system that completely eliminated the need for tape based review. System held all production elements: field footage, edited packages (all versions), promos and complete show tapings. Included tools for loggers to transcribe field footage. The improved workflow with transcription search, timecode based commenting, and version tracking saved countless hours in a fast paced editing environment. Used by all departments to access and review production video.HarpoDBConceived and co-developed a web accessible production database to centralize all show metadata.
