In partnership with the Head of Upper School, lead, manage, and evaluate 50 upper school faculty members. Champion of the school's mission by advocating for 21st century education and a student-centered approach to decision making while supporting faculty in their work with students, parents, and each other.

Oversee curriculum, faculty evaluation, and budget of eight person department. Serve on Department Chair Committee, Academic Committee, Faculty Growth and Evaluation Committee, and Schedule Design Team. Certified as a Lead Facilitator through Ravenscroft's partnership with the Center for Creative Leadership.

Coordinated advisory program for the junior class consisting of approximately 115 students and 10 faculty members. Collaborated with the Dean of Students and other Class Sponsors to develop advisory activities ranging from class retreats to weekly character education lessons. Coordinated course registration and certified that course requests met graduation requirements. Taught five sections of upper school mathematics in subjects ranging from Algebra 1 to Calculus and Statistics.

Coordinated a team of three to deliver research on best practices to 120 companies based in the midwest, including over 20 Fortune 500 companies. Ensured timely and effective delivery of services, customer satisfaction, and managed annual service contracts.

Taught four sections of upper school mathematics and coached basketball and tennis. Served on the Activities Committee and the 9th grade dorm team.
