As a Lab Technical Assistant I am responsible for collecting specimens, processing, distribution, and results delivery. I also perform general clerical functions of the laboratory office.

I am currently learning from some of the BEST Phlebotomists in the world. I am being trained to complete venipunctures, capillary punctures, Blood Cultures, and many other draws. I am also learning how to accession the draws that I have completed in the Laboratory computer system. I stock blood draw supplies and deliver specimens to the propper laboratory departments. Currently I have completed 121 successful venipunctures.

As a manager at Gift & Bible Center I oversee the employees and most day-to-day operations which include: shipping/receiving, website management & fulfillment, receiving product, data entry, policy review & fulfillment, writing new store policies & protocol, problem solving, review all store sales on a daily, weekly, & monthly basis, compile monthly sales and earnings reports for the business owner, train new employees on the POS system, store procedures, and customer service, and personally oversee all store remodeling including: rearranging store layout, construction projects, and service calls from outside repair (e.g. electrical, plumbing, telecommunication repair). As a manager I conduct recruitment operations that include: conducting prospective employee interviews, reviewing all new employee applications, and enforcing company employee policy.

Oversee Mill Room workflow, delegating tasks, and encourage teamwork. Multi-task Mill Room responsibilities, such as: roofing, framing, cutting materials, and constructing storage buildings.
