Provide technical assistance and support to VerifEye customers (in house or on site)· Provide support for implementations and rollouts of VerifEye products (in house or on site)· Provide training and instruction for VerifEye customers (in house or on site), such aso Hands on training for installation and usage of VerifEye supplied equipmento Practical and theoretical instruction for VerifEye customers· Configuration of electronic equipment in preparation for delivery to clients, including but not limitedto such duties as:o Module and Kit assemblyo Controller & camera programmingo Camera alignment and adjustmento New stock Q&A and rework· Repair of electronic equipment, including but not limited to such duties as:o Evaluation and assessment of returned goods for repair (RMA) including documentationo Disassembly, reassembly and repair of electronic deviceso Processing repaired goods including use of internal software for tracking and reportingo Use tools and software as part of evaluation and repair process· Participation with the engineering team on additional technical tasks, including but not limited tosuch duties as:o Testing of devices and software (electrical, environmental, operational, usability, etc.)o Product development or modificationo Procedure documentation· Develop and maintain positive, active working relationships with VerifEye clients
