Our services involve the provision of systems for planning, delivery and measurement. We provide analyses of workflow, provision of information, management of operations, measurement of performance and management of corrective actions.The company is independently owned and operated from the UK. with offices in North America and S.E Asia

Aitus Group Ltd sees over the operation and expansion of its residential and commercial properties. The group is also involved in commercial conversions, residential development, residential property investment and property management.

I built the company originally as Home and Hearth Property Management before changing the name to add to the Aitus Group. It was created to have the systems needed to manage the residential property portfolio that I was creating. Once the business systems were set up, I then advertised to other landlords to manage their properties. Along with managing residential properties, we also maintain HMO properties and weekly holiday lets in Florida, USA.

Working with customers and developers to maintain and training of the CamHealth product produced by the company. The product would log and track all health and safety actions needed by large industries and factories. This included Chevron-Texaco, Howden and Marshalls aerospace. I would train employees on the system while also creating the training materials used. I would also work with the developers of the software system to help with upgrading and bug fixing.

Worked in the nearly all departments from Stock Control, Haz-Mat, and Distribution in both bases.
