Lead Solution Advisor, Saas
Current- Responsible for supporting the technical sales aspects of deals and building credibility with our clients to be the trusted advisor from value proposals through estimation and pricing and on to finalization
- Accountable for conducting presentations, technical workshops, demos’ and discovery sessions to assess client maturity on migrating to the cloud and consuming services on a subscription model
- Counsel our clients on Managed IT-services, SaaS-based solutions, and Security and compliance ensuring the requirements are met and complied to industry standards
- Represent our customer requirements to internal stakeholders and product teams, giving input for the overall direction for our cloud-based products and services
- Ensuring high quality responses to prospective client RFIs (request for information) and RFPs (request for proposal)
