After the demise of RetraVision, a rebrand occurred under BSR Group trading as Betta Home Living. We picked up the pieces after the RetraVision liquidation, maintaining the status of our own company and remained solvent and the business began to thrive again.In 2016, then Brighton Betta Home Living relocated to a brand new and larger premises in Moorabbin next to the DFO outlets. The move has been very successful with new partnerships with elite brands, and an evolution to Moorabbin Betta Home Living. Bricks and Mortar retailer nearing $150M in turnover since its inception in 2009.

Establishing strong commercial relationships with all builders and developers. A personalised approach has helped win tenders for single home builders to large scale 200+ apartment developments. Partnerships include JG King Projects, Glenvill Homes, Aston Constructions, Infinity Project Construction, Lucent Capital, Melbournes Finest Homes, Tupperware and many more.

My first business venture. Managing a $10M turnover store with 10+ sales team. As with most things in life, timing is key. Unfortunately the GFC struck the world, and in turn the Retravision brand and its head office's liquidated leaving stores to try and salvage and continue.Over 200 owner operated stores closed their doors or liquidated their businesses, with no option to continue. I successfully navigated through the minefield that included a settlement with the administrators (Korda Mentha) and continuing the business under a rebrand.

Whilst completing my Bachelors in Engineering, I was recruited to manage 2 sites for the Retravision brand. Roles include sales management with a combined turnover of $15M, managing a team of 20+ staff, administrative duties and training/sales. An excellent stepping stone to my next path in life.

Gained employment at the number 1 Dick Smith Powerhouse store in Australia. This was my first taste in sales, and quickly became the number 1 part time sales person nation wide. Roles include customer service, sales, cash handling, negotiating and resolution.
