Responsible for managed a catalog of over 15,000 products on Shopify, optimizing workflows and promptly resolving issues. This entailed collaborating with cross-functional teams to address e-commerce challenges across sales, inventory, and merchant teams to ensure alignment with all stakeholder objectives. In-charge of managing the creation and flow of all the e-commerce digital assets. Led tasks with the photography team and warehouse managers over four locations for the photoshoots. Coordinated with off-site editing teams for timely and up-to-standard final results.Implemented intuitive PIM workflows, along with, efficiently leading in-house teams which resulted in annual savings of over $50,000 of outsourced administration, photoshoots, and editing expenses. Using Salsify PIM, created high-quality copy and built product display pages for over 3000 products. Documentation was created to maintain consistency with product standards within team.

Under the facilitation of the University of Guelph and the former mayor of Campobello Island (New Brunswick), a development plan was made to improve community engagement, food security and the local economy.For the first phase, a proposal was created that focuses on developing programs with external entities such as start-up businesses and local universities. The team traveled and lived in Campobello Island for the second phase. During the visit, stakeholders living on the island were interviewed to reconstruct a Campobello-relevant proposal and find the right individuals to champion the proposed programs.

FloNergia is a start-up based at the University of Guelph's School of Engineering, which focuses on developing innovative air-pumps in the aquaculture industry. Under the University of Guelph's consulting program, I worked with FloNergia Inc. to provide consulting recommendation in terms of future business development. Our team created a report on the aquaculture industry which entailed the current stature of the aquaculture industry and the impact of B2B social in the industry. The report discussed about the effectiveness of LinkedIn, Twitter and Experiential Marketing; leading to a 5-year implementation plan.
