Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company scaling over 4 locations and 40+ employees. Leading multiple employees through training sessions on running escape rooms and various handyman work.Performing quality checks on HVAC, air conditioning, plumbing and electrical systems. Checking and responding to security and safety issues. Testing and recommending new maintenanceproducts. Coordinating deliveries from vendors and suppliers. Keeping documents of inspections and problems. Landscaping and pest control. Keeping an inventory of cleaning and repair supplies. Training junior staff.

Second in command of the company and the direct representative of the commander. Maintains general readiness, efficiency, and day-to-day activities of the unit, in addition to coordinating various training missions and exercises. Training hundreds of soldiers every day on various task through demonstrations and presentations. Responsible for supply, maintenance, and personnel management.
