Evolv can produce factory built CSA A277 structures for residential, commercial, and institutional customers. Evolv is also closely partners to Knightway Developments Ltd, and Knightway Transportation and Installation Ltd. With all three of these companies combined we are your full-service modular construction company that is ready to tackle any kind of project!

Knightway is a collection of modular construction services. Knightway Developments has their 2-5-10 New Home Warranty, and British Columbia Builder and Developer License. A few of the services that we offer: - Any kind of construction project from design to completion, or anything in-between. - We sell new, or used, modular buildings - Transport and install mobile homes, modular buildings, or prefab structures on your property or on our own. - Our new company, Evolv Modular, can build our anything new in our CSA approved factory.

My business partners and I are currently building the onsite location of easymove, at 3910 Drinkwater Road. We will have storage for personal belongings in lockable, heated and unheated, sea cans, as well as other onsite storage for your boats, cars, trailers, bikes and, if so desired, rocket ships! If you need storage brought to you, we have options for this as well! easymove has been serving the Cowichan Valley since 1980! I currently price and manage any projects that encompass more than one trade on the building's exterior envelope. I generally look after larger projects. This includes multi-family residential homes, schools, custom builds, etc...Currently we specialize in metal roofing, all types of flat roofing, sloped roofing, metal cladding (all types), James Hardie siding (and alternatives), and vinyl siding. Most of our work comes through retail sales, but we do take work from insurance claims as well. If the work is envelope related we are willing to tackle it.

I was involved in anything exteriors related to residential and multifamily dwellings. This would include the sales, estimation, and project management on jobs that involve roofing, siding, service, etc. I did lots of work in both the insurance and retail work. During the last couple years working in our residential division I oversaw our multifamily condominium world. I have since moved to our commercial division.
