PROFESSIONAL CAREER:Team Leader of the Government of Jersey Recruitment and Onboarding team managing the development of up to 25 Customer Service Advisors whilst overseeing the recruitment process from start to finish, from the adverts, shortlisting, interviews, onboarding through to adding new employees to the payroll system. Overseeing the HR Operations team including adverts, shortlisting, interviews, onboarding and payroll set ups, alongside experience in CV and Cover Letter writing and job matching candidates to roles.Recent Study: Chartered Management Institute (CMI) Level 3Current Study: Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD)Previously a Project Officer for Government of Jersey.
