I am retired from the Air Force after 20 years of honorable service. I was a Knowledge Operations Manager for 16 years where I worked in various aspects, from evaluations and decorations to computer troubleshooting. I was a Manpower Analyst for the last 4 years of my career where I calculated and advised leadership on the requirements and authorizations needed to successfully man each function of their organization. After my military career, I worked in retail for a year, LOWE's and Tractor Supply. After serving in retail for a year, I made the decision to go to school and pursue a degree in Information Systems Management. I sense have worked for HCL Technologies as contractor for USAA and currently serving as a contractor for the Department of Homeland Security working in the Information Technology field. I am currently studying for the Comptia CySA+ exam and hope to get certified in the next 6 months.
