• Led the School Redesign team in establishing policies, guidelines, and practices that standardized how Small Learning Communities (SLCs) are defined and implemented in New York City large secondary schools. • Managed federal and private grants totaling over $20M, including budget oversight, compliance, reporting, evaluation, and resource alignment. • Provided technical assistance directly to school leaders, federal program officers, and other SLC projects across the country.

• Supported the restructuring of over 20 large comprehensive secondary schools into Small Learning Communities to improve student outcomes and graduation rates. • Collaborated on the development of the Framework for SLCs in NYC and the SLC Implementation Rubric – guiding documents considered best practices by the USDOE.

• Developed key performance metrics and provided critical project management and process improvement assistance with all departments on the Scorecard Accountability Initiative.
