• Directly manage warehouse – both shipping and receiving teams• Coordinate with freight companies to schedule timely pickup and delivery of materials• Monitor team performance and provide periodic reviews• Identify risks in a timely manner and implement actions to minimize profit and loss impact• Prepare weekly reports to facilitate decision making such as inventory reconciliations and forecasts• Build strong relationships to influence and motivate team members to work in an efficient manner

• Assembly and disassembly of downhole tools including cementing tools and C-Flex, plugs and packers by following blueprints. Perform pressure tests of tools complying with customer demands• Monitor customer account details. Negotiate and coordinate availability of tools to fulfill orders• Perform daily safety and toolbox meetings with management and warehouse personnel

• Manage daily activities of over 20 employees including production schedules and quota, time keep and absences, employee performance and load out of products.• Maintain inventory levels and production logs to report directly to production manager• Lead safety procedures and environmental standards

• Responsible for the assembly and disassembly of hydraulic drilling jars including trouble shooting, repair and test tools. Maintenance of inventory levels and safety protocol
