BYM Athletics strives to push our members, athletes and community to set goals and accomplish things they never thought they could. Whether it be to lose weight, be the star player on a sports team, recover from an injury, become a better weight lifter or change your lifestyle, my promise is to offer individualized training one-on-one or small group environment, giving my members the attention they deserve and treating everyone who steps foot into BYM Athletics with respect, regardless of what their fitness background is.My mission is to continually increase the work capacity of each individual by developing and enhancing their fitness levels across ten distinct physical skills. I do this by using constant varied functional movements. The purpose of my training is to provide the greatest, healthiest and most efficient results possible. My training far exceeds typical speed, endurance, strength, muscle growth and fat loss programs. Training at BYM Athletics develops a combination of physical and mental strength encourages a more refined fulfillment of wellness and happiness in all aspects of life.BYM Athletics is a community that offers support and inspiration to achieve the highest level of fitness you desire. I believe in building a family of trainers and clients that are friends and supporters who challenge and inspire one another in every training session.
