I am a recent graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Sport and Exercise Science, where I developed a strong passion for fitness and coaching. Prior to this, I completed a Level 5 qualification in Sport, Physiology, and Massage at WCFE and completed my ASCA Strength and Conditioning coach qualification, building a solid foundation in understanding human physiology and performance metrics.My academic journey has honed my analytical skills and attention to detail, making me proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office. With over 16 years of combined training experience, including multiple national and international medals in martial arts, I am now eager to transition into a career in fitness and build my own coaching company, AV Fitness.I am passionate about helping people achieve their health and fitness goals while also living a life they enjoy. My extensive training background and commitment to continuous improvement enable me to offer a unique and effective coaching approach. I am enthusiastic about leveraging my expertise to inspire and guide others on their fitness journeys, helping as many people as I can to reach their full potential.
