Directly supervise five employees in HR Department Serves as internal expert and provides advice and guides peers and staff on all aspects of advice and counsel and other Human Resources programs, policies and practices. Sets and monitors programs, systems, and procedures to ensure on-time delivery of customers needs. Serves as a resource for other HR Partner staff ensuring appropriate Employee Care metrics for service and quality measures are met and appropriate analysis and trends are monitored and reported.
