Oversaw a diverse range of properties, including 1.2M sq. ft. of multi-level structured parking, 6 acres of surface parking, 225,000 sq. ft. of office space, 30,000 sq. ft. of high-tech manufacturing, 55,000 sq. ft. of laboratory space, and a ½-mile park environment for pedestrian thoroughfare.• Directly engaged with all BNMC property tenants, facilitating leasing, tenant improvements, and common area maintenance.• Managed and executed a multiyear renovation plan for the BNMC’s Innovation Center, strategically planning tenant relocation before, during, and after construction.
