A design-build firm that helps clients with real estate acquisition, architecture, interior design and construction services. Specific focus on taking underdeveloped land in established Wisconsin communities and repurposing it into elevated neighborhoods, creating a new taxable revenue base for local municipalities.

Originally focused on building efficient internal operations to scale (IT, Office Management, Legal, Compliance and Security departments), and ensuring that these teams worked strategically and seamlessly with the rest of the company. The COO role was expanded to include external / customer operational oversight throughout the company by managing the internal Solutions and Support teams (275+ team members) and focusing on effective growth with respect to Pricefx's third party Partner Ecosystem of system integrators and pricing consultants.

Founding member of the Legal team hired to build and integrate the department into the organization while concurrently defending a multi-jurisdiction, "bet-the-company" IP litigation initiated by a competitor. Successfully resolved all litigation worldwide within the first year of employment, then worked with the CEO and CFO on the Series B2, B3 and C fundraising rounds, the acquisition of Brennus-Analytics (a French AI company), and other non-public strategic transactions.
