Part-time instructor at the Air University e-School. Primarily serve as an instructor for the Online Masters Degree program; teaching the Air Power Studies course. Also teach the Applied Leadership and Command course in the Non-Masters Degree program.

Organization provides the initial qualification training for the Air Force's offensive ground combat operators. Responsible for command and control of counter-terrorism activities involving U.S. Special Operations personnel in Northern Command's area of responsibility. Lead staff directorate responsible for exercise plans, theater security cooperation with foreign countries, and orchestration of resourcing and effects to combat the threat of terror organizations targeting the Homeland.

Commanded nationally recognized special operations combat flying unit. Responsible for the combat effectiveness, professional development, and personal welfare of 150-175 personnel.• Organized, built new flying squadron pulling personnel from 3 separate organizations. • Led unit’s first combat deployment just 7 months after inception.• Led 2 global deployments spread across 6 austere, overseas locations to execute high-level counter-terrorism missions. • Executed $1.3M budget and 12.3K combat flight hours.

Led Wing Safety Program which consisted of 10K+ personnel, 80 aircraft, and over $7B in assets. Orchestrated a complete overhaul of safety practices and messaging resulting in a steady decrease in safety incidents across the organization.

Pentagon, Washington D.C.

Strategic advisor for the Air Force Chief of Staff, General Norton Schwartz. Provided consultation on organizational and national strategic issues including geo-strategic positioning in the Middle East, counterinsurgency operations, and key leader strategic engagements in the National Capital Region. Based on strategic work, was hand-selected as an operational strategy advisor to the Combined Forces Air Component Commander for the air campaign over Libya in 2011.

Eglin Afb, Fl

Fighter instructor pilot and airborne mission commander in the F-15C Eagle. Led 8-ship formations in rapidly changing, high-risk environments. Responsible for planning, targeting, and formation tactical employment. Instructed new fighter pilots in basic and advanced flying maneuvers and tactics. As Flight Commander in two separate squadrons, led training, scheduling, life support, $135.2M annual flying hour program, and $8M F-15C Mission Training Center.

Fort Hood, Tx

Led 20-person element in peacetime and combat operations during the 2003 invasion of Iraq. Provided ground to air liaison for close air support requests from the 2nd Brigade Combat Team, 4th Infantry Division.
