Coming out of school into the coatings industry was a thrill. My passion for painting goes back many years. Now with TEN10 I can grow and learn so much from this team. The vast range of projects plus knowledge of the crew is truly inspiring. My spare time is spent playing rugby and of course the gym everyday is a must. I love a good culture and helping team members improve and hit their goals. My motto is get it right everytime which this company is all about.
