I have decided to live my dreams with a career in football/sports. I'm a student of life and an advocate for building successful people through sports.My role at Activeme360 sees me conduct a variety of different tasks within my day-to-day job, including;- Strategic development of team members.- Individual goal setting and development planning.- Holistic analysis of skills gaps within our company and developing associated intervention techniques.- Tutoring 1st4sport qualification.- Mentoring learners and teachers within the PE spectrum.- Assessing learners in person or through online portal based assessment.In addition to my full time role above, I also coach within a category 1 football academy. My role at Southampton Football Club is a passion which allows me to fulfil a boyhood dream, whilst helping young people achieve success. The experience I gain from this expands my knowledge further and allows me to learn from some of the best practitioners in the country.My role here includes;- Delivering a high quality session in line with club philosophies and curriculum.- Working within a multi-disciplinary team.- Observing and working with coaches from different age groups, discovering what the future player looks like at different stages of their journey.- Challenging my views daily and adapting my perception to create an ever evolving environment.
