In this strategic role I am accountable for the on time, on budget delivery of a multi-year, multi-workstream roadmap to enable the high growth plans of our Hydrogen Technology (HT) Business. Operating as a bridge between HT and IT leading a matrix team comprising of HT, IT, and 3rd party teams I am using a flexible and cost optimised approach to drive standardisation, and with a strong focus on the ‘minimum viable product’ (MVP) and agile methodologies to build end to end solutions as the growth and expansion of the HT business necessitates it. The multistream roadmap includes ERP, S&OP, CRM, MES, Quality, and Digital Factories. Working directly with key senior stakeholders, will be the single point of contact for all process and system activities.

Manage the ongoing support and successful transition of application support within the Manufacturing Operations Management area into a global support model integrated as part of the overall IT operating model. Applications within this scope are defined in the international standard ISA-95 Level 3 and are commonly referred to within JM as Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES). This also includes Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) and other applications that support production processes. This role will ensure that the existing service levels continue uninterrupted and that the new services offered consistently work to expectation.
