We do this by: Regulating the conduct of nearly 50,000 businesses, Prudentially supervising 46,000 firms, and Setting specific standards for around 17,000 firms We were set up on 1 April 2013, taking over conduct and relevant prudential regulation from the Financial Services Authority (FSA).Our Head Office is based in London, but we also work across the UK, from our offices in Leeds and Edinburgh and via colleagues in Belfast and Cardiff.· Dealing with incredibly fast-paced and ever-changing, high-pressure environments.· Managing client relationships, setting expectations, and meeting strict deadlines. · Managing vacancies from start to finish.· Screening prospective job applicants to evaluate their skills and qualifications· Entering job applicants’ CVs and contact details into the company database for future reference· Ensuring that potential job candidates are an excellent match for the client company· Producing and posting job adverts that attract appropriate candidates· Cold-calling companies to promote recruitment services· Meeting with new clients to develop and expand business opportunities· Headhunting specific candidates for high-end job roles, such as senior management positions· Achieving recruitment quotas and business development targets each month· Screening, interviewing, and shortlisting candidates.· Sourcing high-caliber candidates for mid-to-senior level vacancies.· Headhunting candidates via our database, Reed, TotalJobs, JobServe, and eFinancialCareers.· Gathering and giving interview feedback, handling rejection sensitively.· Regular contact after a successful placement to quickly resolve any issues and encourage a lasting partnership.
